Bu çalışmam, yeniden doğuşun hem kırılgan hem de güçlü yanını taşıyan bir varlığı gösteriyor. Yüzündeki huzurlu ifade, yüklerinden arınmış acı bir kabullenişi gösterirken ; yıpranmış ve çürümeye üz tutmuş vücudu, eski hayatın izlerini üzerinde taşımaya devam ediyor. Kanatlar ve kulaklar, varlığın dünyevi olandan uzaklaşıp daha ruhsal bir forma geçtiğini hissettirmeyi amaçlıyor. Suyun altından yükselmesi, karanlık ve ağır bir dönemden çıkışı simgeliyor. Vücudu saran altın renkli sarmallar ise boğazından ve kalbinden çıkan beyaz ruhani boşluklardan doğuyor ; bu boşluklar varlığın içindeki sah ruhani başlangıç noktasını , yeni bir kimliğin şekillendirildiği yeri gösteriyor. Tablomun bütününde yeniden doğuş, yaşanılanlara rağmen yeniden yükseliş ve ruhani bedenin baştan tanımlanması olarak anlatılıyor.
This work depicts a being that carries both the fragile and the powerful aspects of rebirth. The peaceful expression on its face reflects a painful acceptance that has been purified of past burdens, while its worn, decaying body still bears the traces of its former life. The wings and ears are meant to convey its transition away from the earthly and into a more spiritual form. Its ascent from beneath the water symbolizes emerging from a dark and heavy period.
The golden spirals wrapping around its body originate from the white, spiritual voids at its throat and heart voids that mark the pure, sacred point of origin within the being, where a new identity begins to take shape.As a whole, the painting tells a story of rebirth: rising again despite what has been endured, and redefining the spiritual body from the ground up.
